“Thank you for a lovely stay.  I booked the Ellen Marie suite for a weekend getaway from the city. The room was incredible and we wanted to spend as much time in it as possible. From the comfortable bed and linens, to the sitting areas, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub, we made the most of it. Maria the innkeeper was very welcoming and cooked a delicious breakfast both mornings. There are baked goods, tea and coffee around the clock. Bykenhulle House is a short drive from Beacon and Poughkeepsie. We also paid a visit to Millbrook winery. There is beautiful hiking in the area, shopping, and good restaurants and Bykenhulle House is the perfect home base to do all of the above or not much of anything at all.”
